Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointment types. Late Cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeit of 100% of the appointment charge. A full refund can be issued, minus processing fees, if canceled with due notice.

Communication Policy

We will respond to all phone, email, and text communications within 1-2 business days/24-48 business hours. Our office is unavailable during weekends and holidays. If you are experiencing an emergency, always call 911 first.
