60-minute KAP Intake, Appointment Prescription Refill, Crisis, and/or re-initiation of care - $390
40-minute Extended Appointment for Prescription Refill, Crisis, and/or re-initiation of care - $260.00
30-minute Extended Appointment for Prescription Refill - $208.00
20-minute Standard App't for Prescription Refill - $192.40
*The length of your intake appointment will be between 60 and 90 minutes. The length will be determined based on your needs and be Dr. Thomas's recommendation after reviewing your forms.

Our appointment rates cover: the time spent in appointment, evaluation prior to, during and after your appointment, prescription and administrative support between appointments, collaboration with care team, 24-48 hour response time, and additional services as needed.
